Hizero Australia will endeavour to ship all orders within 3 business days. Travel times will vary by location.
Please note regional surcharges will apply to all orders placed online or instore.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must notify us in writing within 7 days for us to review & respond.
Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund/return policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with all original accessories, all freight & insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value applies to all products returned that are not faulty and returned for “change of mind” within the 7 day period.
Change of mind returns do not entitle the purchaser to an automatic refund, each request must be reviewed by management.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post or contact us for a return courier. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your chosen carrier. Hizero Australia will not be responsible for parcels loss or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
You must return all original packing and accessories with the appliance.
We must provide a Return Authority (RA) number before any goods can be returned PH (03) 9894 1400 (no exceptions)
