Collection of information
In order to use the HIZERO ONLINE SALES website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email.
Any information collected by HIZERO ONLINE SALES is collected via correspondence from you or your company.
This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
Use of collected information
Any details collected from HIZERO ONLINE SALES customers is required in order to provide you with our products
and/or services, and a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
Storage or collected information

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information from your preferred payment provider.
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. HIZERO ONLINE SALES uses the STRIPE Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. STRIPE processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the STRIPE payment gateway.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by HIZERO ONLINE SALES or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within the STRIPE payment gateway. https://stripe.com/au
- Hizero online also uses PayPal, Afterpay and ZIP payment platforms to process online payments.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from your chosen payment provider containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express within 5-7 business days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Refund & returns policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must notify us in writing within 14 days for us to review & respond.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days so that we can resolve any problems.
Please give us the opportunity to rectify any issues you may be experiencing in the first instance. (often its a simple fix)
If the Hizero clearly does not work on your floors, and we can see this in a video, we will arrange a refund.
Note: This refund/return policy does not apply to goods which have not been used in accordance with the instructions supplied with your appliance.
(eg, the appliance has not been used correctly or maintained as per the instructions included with the appliance)
A restocking fee of 15% of the invoice value applies to all products returned that are “not faulty” and returned for “change of mind” within the 14 day period.
All products must be returned in their original condition with all original accessories, all freight & insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
(note all Hizero appliances are sold with a 2yr back to base repair warranty, see the warranty terms enclosed with your appliance)
We recommend that you return the product via registered post or courier, Hizero Australia will not arrange transportation for change of mind.
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage during transit & therefore advise you to take out insurance with your chosen carrier.
You must return all original packing and accessories with the appliance. The appliance must be fully cleaned and all water removed or a cleaning fee of $60 will be deducted from the refund amount. Missing or broken accessories will also be deducted off the refund amount.
In the case where the goods are faulty as determined by a Hizero technician they will be replaced or refunded within the first 30days. (no fees apply)
If you request a refund for a “change of mind” before goods are dispatched you will be refunded the purchase price less the transaction fees related to the payment method you originally used. Contact email@example.com for full details and costs.
We must provide a Return Authority (RA) number before any goods can be returned PH (03) 9894 1400
Goods cannot be returned without an RA number which can only be supplied by customer support.
