F100 differences to the F500
1: Larger water tank capacity 700ml clean water, 750ml waste water
2: Longer run time up to 80 mins run time
3: Different design to F500, waste water tank in the cleaning head, clean water in front body
4: Fewer warning lights on the control panel
5: Cleaning them is the same, F500 grate inside head, F100 grate on the side.
6: Slightly different size cleaning heads.

When you receive your new Hizero , attached will be return instructions for the old Hizero. Once we have received the old appliance we will rebate the $250 onto the original payment method used. The rebate will be applied within 5 business days of receiving your old appliance. You have 60 days from the original purchase date to return your old Hizero.
(Please note the rebate is payable on RRP not specials prices. If you process a trade in on a reduced price this will not be valid & the trade in rebate will be calculated off RRP, only one trade in per new sale)

When you receive the new Hizero attached will be an instruction sheet & an Australia Post reply-paid label.

Take out the new Hizero and use the brown outer box (keep the white box) to pack the old Hizero, please remove all water before packing. You will need to remove the handle off the old Hizero, then pack inside the brown box & fill with paper or bubble wrap then seal the box. To remove the handle use a flathead screwdriver to undo the big screw above the battery.

Attach the provided label and drop off to your local post office, note you have 60 days from the original purchase date to return the old Hizero.

There is no cost to return the old appliance. Please pack the old Hizero in the brown outer box that the new one came with.

Please use the supplied Australia post reply paid label, attach this to the brown box with the old Hizero inside.

Please drop off at your local post office.

We salvage any components that can be re-used and recycle the remainder

The battery is responsibly recycled with a range of battery recycling companies

If you are using the trade & save offer the old Hizero must be returned for the rebate to be applied

If the old appliance is not returned the rebate will not be applied.

All Hizero models require different cleaning rollers & brush rollers
The rollers are NOT interchangeable. F600, F500 & F100 are all different.
You cannot use F801 or F803 rollers in the newer models.

No we require the old Hizero to be returned to us with all the related accessories
